If you choose to cancel your reservation 14 or more days before your arrival date for campsites or 30 or more days before arrival date for rental units, your deposit amount minus a $25 processing fee will be refunded to you. If you choose to cancel in 13 days or less for campsites and 29 days or less for cabins prior to arrival you will forfeit your full deposit.
Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form this it was originally paid. No arrival will forfeit the full deposit. We do not credit or refund due to discomforts of Mother Nature.

Yes, we offer 4-passenger and 6-passenger golf cart rentals for your convenience. Advance reservations are recommended. Only guests 18 and older are permitted to operate a rental golf cart. For more information click here.
Observe and obey all posted signs throughout the campground, including the 5mph speed limit. Please respect guest's privacy by not walking through occupied campsites.
All sewer waste disposal hookups must be sealed with all hoses and connections free of leaks and connections must be tight. Replacement sewer hoses and sewer donuts can be purchased at the Ranger Station. The discharge of any wastewater (septic or gray water) is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a fine and possible eviction. Formaldehyde products are not permitted.
Please help maintain a clean and tidy Park community by not littering. Trash dumpster stations and trash receptacles have been strategically placed by the Comfort Station and in the valley near the road for your convenience. Place all trash in plastic bags before discarding into the dumpsters. Please do not dispose of personal bagged trash in restrooms, laundry and other building trash receptacles. Large trashcans are not allowed on your site. Dispose of each trash bag directly into a Park dumpster. Storing of trash / garbage in vehicles, especially trucks and open trailers is not allowed. No glass containers/bottles are allowed off of your RV site or in any of the common or recreational areas of the Park.
Power pedestals are for your RV and not for charging electric vehicles. This pertains to both RV sites and rentals. Please do not charge your electric vehicles at your site as it can cause damage to your vehicle or our equipment.
All vehicle and RV repairs, maintenance (oil changes, lubes, etc.) and washing RV's are prohibited during your stay.
Only customary outdoor patio or lawn furniture and accessories may be left outside. Golf carts and bicycles can be kept outside on the site. Tools, toys and other such items must be stored inside or under the RV. Larger outdoor recreational items, including but not limited to bicycles, coolers and fishing equipment must be organized and neatly stored beneath the RV with every attempt to conceal these stored items and maintain site aesthetics.
Please do not remove picnic tables from their sites without approval. Please close awnings, canopies and umbrellas when your RV is unattended. Strong winds can cause serious damage and or loss of property. Do not cut through sites and please keep your possessions on your site.
The following is allowed: Enclosed Cargo Trailer for cargo only (not sleeping), outdoor patio furniture, drying rack (for swimwear & towels ony), 1 golf cart, bicycles ( o more than the number of guests) and a traditional BBQ grill.
The following is NOT allowed: Tents (unless registered in Ranger Station), pools or hottubs, indoor appliances, perimeter fencing, indoor furniture, clothes lines, excessive decor, open trailers, attaching decor to trees, ATV’s or Side by Sides, fireworks, including sparklers or explosives of any kind are not permitted.
Cabin & Camper Rental check-In is 2:00pm and Check-Out is 11:00am. There is a two night (2) minimum and 1st night deposit + booking fee for weekends. For holidays, there is a three night (3) minimum and full amount is required for deposit on holidays.
Rentals requires a $150 refundable deposit upon reservation. If no damages occurred to the rental, the deposit will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Any damages that exceed your $150 deposit will be charged to the reservation credit card.
Reservations will be accepted up to one year in advance. Tents are prohibited on rental sites, however we suggest renting one of the adjoining sites. No pets are allowed in the park when staying in our rentals.
Since there are no linens are being provided during your stay, we recommend you bring bed sheets, pillows, and towels. The cabin has a mini-refrigerator and a coffee maker will be provided upon request.
No pets of any kind are permitted to stay in the park when renting the cabins.

No pets of any kind are permitted to stay in the park when renting the campers.
The family dog or cat is welcomed at Jellystone Park, however our insurance does not allow pitbull or mixed-pitbull breeds. When renting a cabin or camper, there are no pets are allowed in the campground. Noisy, vicious, or unruly pets are not allowed. Guests who are unable to control their pets will be asked to remove them from the premises, or the animal may be taken by local animal control authorities. No exotic or farm animals are permitted.
Jellystone Park and its Management/Owners are not responsible for and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by pet(s). In addition, the owner of the pet that causes injury or damage is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party.
Pets must be kept on a maximum 6-foot leash at all times. Pets may not be left outside the camper unattended. Pets are prohibited in ALL campground buildings, including restrooms and around the playgrounds or pool. Pet owner must pick up and discard pet waste upon occurrence. All pet waste must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle.
Use of the swimming pool is limited to registered guests and their visitors during the posted hours of operation. The swimming pool rules are posted at the swimming which include the following but are not limited to: No glass or breakable containers, no alcohol or pets are allowed in/on the pool area. No baby diapers are allowed in the pool. Little swimmers or other appropriate swimwear must always be worn. No pants, shorts or cut offs... Only proper swimming attire is permitted in the pool area.
No running, jumping or diving is allowed around any of the pool area. Adult supervision is required for all children under the age of 13.
It must be understood there is NO LIFEGUARD on duty at any time. Swimming is at your own risk.

No fishing license is required to fish in our stocked lake.
We stock our lake with Bass, Bluegill, Catfish, Crappie and a few Asian Carp for algae maintenance.
